Patience is a virtue.

2. Click the "CALL" or "DIAL" button.

3. Now wait.  It should auto dial the meeting ID and everything.

 

When we tried this, it sounded like nothing was happening.  Give it a few seconds and it will move through the steps.  It will put you right into the meeting, no need to enter the meeting ID or participant number.
